Commemoration of the 79th Birth Anniversary and 8th Death Anniversary of Emeritus Professor J N O Fernando will be held on 05th March 2023 at the Institute of Chemistry Ceylon, Rajagiriya. Emeritus Professor J N O Fernando Memorial Oration will be delivered by the eminent Chemist, our own alumni member Dr. Piyal Ariyananda Head – Global Innovations, Stretchline Holdings Ltd.
There will be other activities parallel to the above event during this period such as religious ceremonies, the knowledge quiz for Prof J N O Fernando Memorial Shield, etc. These events are jointly organized by the J N O Fernando Commemoration Committee and the Student Association of CCS.
